Scheduling and Attendance:

• Arrive on time for appointments to avoid impacting the schedule. 
• Respect appointment times and avoid excessive lateness. 
• Appointment confirmation will be sent after booking is completed

Cancellations and No-Shows: 

• Provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. 
  
• Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows. 

Client Expectations and Conduct: 

• Maintain respectful and courteous behavior towards staff and other clients. 
  
• Communicate clearly about service expectations and potential outcomes.

Guest Policy:

• Due to limited spacing, only the client being serviced is permitted in the suite.
